As a young avid reader, Jo Ellen spent many late nights promising to read 'just one more chapter'.  She eventually landed in journalism and then marketing.  Her marketing career gave her many years of counseling small to medium business owners about the story they were trying to tell.  Many owners looking to establish their niche heard her wise advice:  "Tell your story of success and how the client fits into it!"  

 

Every story matters . . . whether its fiction or sales-oriented or the one we tell ourselves.  At the age of 52, Jo told herself she could sing and launched a successful career behind the mic, which led to the starring role in an indie film.

Now, she sits behind the mic for podcasts featuring her original comedic character, occasional film roles, for commercial projects and for audio book narration.  Her improv skills, clear tones and authenticity put a spark in the listener's ear.
